Daddy's Biggest Fans

We were snowed in on Sunday. Brian played all day w/ the boys and here they are wrapped like a burrito. Connor lasted longer than the little guy.

Sweets

Gramma Looie & Grandpa Tom came to visit. We frosted cut out cookies and Gramma & Connor made a gingerbread house. No shortage of sweets around here this week!

Got to have Jeremy and family on their way back from Joel & Mariah's wedding. Managed to get Brian's deer in the family picture somehow... thought that was funny. And yes guys it is finally upstairs where it belongs ; )

Breakfast w/ Champions?!

This was my breakfast date the other morning. Hard to take him too seriously when he's garbed like this!

Ty was soon roped into wearing the helmet. This is one of the happier pictures... there was a lot of tugging on the straps (apparently not as pleased as his brother was to have it on).

Another morning last week. They were thrilled to see each other that morning and set up camp on the floor outside their room where they played for awhile. Thought it was cute... guess I'm the Mom tho.

This is what we found going up the stairs! Ty would have been content if we'd just left him alone with the steps the whole trip. Unfortunately for him, the higher he got this time, the lower his pants dipped. Poor guy!

Here is how we ended the night.... in jammies on the rocking horse. Ty discovered Connor's old horse and was thrilled to get lots of rides from his brother. The pictures w/ Connor in it were too blurry to post... can't imagine why!!

Cake Anyone?

Ty had his first birthday party at Gramma Chris's when everyone was home for Thanksgiving. It was very cute and low key... he liked the singing and cake a lot (as you can see below). Thanks for the birthday party everyone and thanks Aunt Lana for the adorable birthday cake!

He wasn't sure what to think of the candle blowing part... good thing big brother knew what to do!

Here's our big hunter. I love how his feet can't reach the stand : ) He thought it was pretty cool to be just like Daddy... although Brian's stand is usually a little more than 4 feet off the ground!

Birthday Present

Here are the kids with Ty's 1st birthday present. They were all thrilled with it... not sure if they had more fun with the kitchen or the box it came in - either way it kept them busy : ) Thanks to all of you from both the boys!

Child Labor Laws??!

Lana and the girls came to visit us last week. Here are the cousins helping Lana make chocolate pretzels. Not sure how many Hershey Kisses they ended up eating between the 3 of them, but they were very happy to "help". It was a cute little assembly line anyways : )
